This policy explains how Mahayant Ruay by Master Phairot (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit this website or contact us to order a yantra. It is written with the personal data protection laws of Thailand and Singapore in mind.

2. What we collect

• When you contact us by LINE, WhatsApp or phone: your name, date of birth (and time of birth if you give it), which we use to write your yantra, your contact details, delivery address, payment slip and the messages you send us.
• When you browse this website (only if you accept cookies): pages viewed, contact buttons tapped (LINE, WhatsApp, phone), device and browser information, IP address and ad-click information, collected through Meta Pixel cookies.

3. Why we use it

• To write and deliver your yantra, manage your place in the queue, and stay in touch after your order.
• To measure and improve the website, measure our advertising and show our ads to relevant people (only with your consent).
• To meet legal obligations such as accounting and tax.

4. Consent

You choose to give us your date of birth and contact details when you chat or call. Analytics and advertising cookies load only after you press “Accept”. You can withdraw consent at any time: use “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page and choose “Decline”.

5. Who we share it with

• Meta (provider of the Pixel), only if you accept cookies.
• LINE and WhatsApp, the messaging platforms you choose to contact us on.
• Couriers and banks, only as needed to deliver your order and receive payment.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Transfers outside your country

Providers such as Meta, LINE and WhatsApp may process data on servers outside Thailand and Singapore, under their own policies.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed to fulfil your order, give after-sales support and meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymise it. Meta Pixel cookies expire as set by Meta, typically within about 90 days.

8. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Contact us using the details above. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee or Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission.

9. Cookies on this website

• Necessary: remembers your cookie choice (stored in your browser as mrCookieConsent).
• Meta Pixel (only if you accept): _fbp and _fbc, used to measure visits and the results of Facebook and Instagram ads.
